Configure Breadbox for your organization — integrations, roles, health score weights, billing, and all the MSP-specific settings that make the platform yours.

Access: Most settings sections require the Admin role. Team members with other roles can access their own profile and notification preferences.

First-time setup checklist

When setting up Breadbox for the first time, work through these settings in order:

    Invite your team

    Settings → Users. Assign roles. Health scores and reports are most useful with all AMs in the system.

    Connect your PSA

    Settings → Integrations. This unlocks the ticket, CSAT, and billable hours health score signals.

  3. 3

    Set your loaded labor rate

    Settings → Profitability. Required for profitability calculations to be accurate.

  4. 4

    Configure your standard stack

    Settings → Standard Stack. This powers the stack deviation score in assessments.

  5. 5

    Review health score weights

    Settings → Health Score. The defaults are good starting points but tune them to your service model.

    Customize pipeline stages

    Settings → Pipeline Stages. Rename, add, or remove stages to match your sales process.

    Activate workflow templates

    Workflows → Templates. At minimum activate At-Risk Alert and Renewal Pipeline.
