Reports & Analytics

MSP-specific reports built into the platform — no custom report builder needed for the most important data. The reports hub shows a KPI summary strip and links to all available reports.

Reports hub

Navigate to /reports to see the hub. At the top you'll find four KPI cards (Total MRR, Open Pipeline, Renewals in 90 days, At-Risk Accounts) followed by categorized report cards. Click any card to open the full report.

Available reports

Revenue & MRR

MRR Cohort Waterfall

Month-by-month MRR breakdown: New Logo + Expansion - Contraction - Churn = Net MRR. The owner's most important chart.

Stack Deviation

Accounts ranked by deviation from your standard technology stack. High deviation = higher cost to serve and more cross-sell potential.

Cost to Acquire Client

Time and expenses invested per client. Calculates payback period (months until MRR exceeds CAC). Powered by playbook step tracking and logged expenses.

Pipeline & Sales

Pipeline Forecast

Deals grouped by expected close month with probability-weighted MRR, best case, and worst case projections.

Pipeline Velocity

How fast deals move through each stage. Stage conversion rates, average days per stage, and win rates by source and deal type.

Win / Loss Analysis

Aggregated loss reasons, competitor analysis, win patterns by industry vertical, and deal outcome trends over any time period.

Customer Health & Retention

Churn Forecast

At-risk accounts with upcoming renewals, dollar-weighted by MRR impact. Sorted by highest risk first.

Data Health

Field completeness across accounts, contacts, contracts, and deals. Highlights the worst gaps so you know where to focus data entry.

Portfolio & Executive

Executive Dashboard

Portfolio profitability (account table with margin tiers), revenue breakdown by service category, renewal pipeline with 30/60/90/180/365-day buckets, and team performance metrics.

Saving a report

On any report page, click Save Report. Give the saved report a name. The current filter selections, date range, and view parameters are saved. Saved reports appear at the top of the reports hub for quick access.

Scheduling reports

From a saved report, click Schedule Delivery to set up a weekly email delivery. Configure:

  • Delivery day and time (e.g., every Monday at 8am)
  • Recipients — one or more team members
  • Format — email with data summary, or attachment

Exporting to CSV

Every report has an Export CSV button. CSV exports include all records matching the current filters. Exports are rate-limited to 10 per hour per user and are logged in the security audit log.

Note: Exports never include encrypted fields such as integration credentials or internal system tokens.
