Relationship Map

Visual contact intelligence for every account.

Overview

The relationship map shows all contacts at an account as a visual graph. Decision makers appear at the top, with reporting relationships shown as connections. Each contact node is color-coded by touch recency: green (recent), yellow (due), red (overdue).

Contact Intelligence

Each contact can have enhanced relationship data:

  • Influence Level — Decision Maker, Strong Influence, Moderate, End User, Gatekeeper
  • Preferred Contact Method — Email, Phone, Video, In Person, Teams/Slack
  • Best Time to Reach — Free text (e.g., "Mornings", "After 2pm")
  • Champion/Detractor — Flag internal advocates and resistors
  • Scheduling Contact — Who to contact to schedule meetings with this person

Relationship Types

  • Reports To — Org hierarchy
  • Manages — Reverse of Reports To
  • Schedules For — Assistant/gatekeeper relationship
  • Influences — Political influence
  • Works With — Peer relationship
  • Refers To — "Talk to X about Y"

Touch Tracking

The relationship map integrates with the touch cadence system. Each contact shows when they were last contacted and whether a touch is due. The Daily Briefing surfaces alerts when key decision makers haven't been contacted within the recommended cadence.
