Notifications
Stay informed about health score changes, upcoming renewals, overdue QBRs, @mentions, and more — all without leaving Breadbox.
How notifications work
Breadbox generates notifications automatically based on system events and team activity. Notifications appear in two places:
- Bell icon in the header — shows your 15 most recent notifications with an unread count badge and a "View all" link
- Notifications link in the sidebar (above Settings) — shows unread count badge and links to the full notification center
Notification types
| Type | Triggered when |
|---|---|
| Health Score Drop | An account's health score drops below the alert threshold |
| Renewal Approaching | A contract is within 30/60/90 days of its renewal date |
| Overdue QBR | An account is past its QBR cadence deadline |
| Onboarding Stall | An onboarding project has been in the same status too long |
| Mention | A teammate @mentions you in a note, touchpoint, QBR, or deal |
| Task Overdue | A task assigned to you passes its due date |
| Deal Closed Won | A deal in your pipeline moves to Closed Won |
| Support Reply | The support team responds to one of your tickets |
| Reconciliation Variance | A seat/device reconciliation finds a billing variance |
| Weekly Digest | Weekly summary of MRR movement, health changes, and pipeline activity |
The Notification Center

Notification preferences
You can enable or disable specific notification types in Settings → Notification Preferences. This controls both in-app notifications and email delivery. Alert rules (thresholds and timing) can be configured in Settings → Notification Preferences → Alert Rules.
