Get Breadbox working for your team in under 10 minutes.

Your Daily Workflow

Breadbox is built around a daily loop:

  1. Open the app → Daily Briefing tells you what needs attention
  2. Take action inline — log touches, advance stages, complete playbook steps without leaving the briefing
  3. Review your Book of Business to see all accounts sorted by attention needed
  4. Use Playbook Focus Mode for guided, step-by-step workflows with full context

Getting Started Steps

1. Add Your First Account

Go to Accounts → New Account. Add the company name, industry, and employee count. If this is a prospect, it starts in PROSPECT lifecycle with a sales stage. If it is an existing client, set lifecycle to ACTIVE.

2. Add Contacts

Open the account → Relationship Map section → add contacts with their role, preferred contact method, and influence level. Mark your champion and decision makers. Set scheduling contacts for gatekeepers.

3. Configure Sales Stages

Go to Settings → Sales Stages. The 9 defaults work for most MSPs, but you can rename, reorder, or add stages. Link playbooks to stages for automatic process enrollment.

4. Activate Playbooks

Go to Settings → Playbooks. 8 templates are pre-built (4 sales, 3 account management, 1 onboarding). Activate the ones relevant to your team. You can also create custom playbooks.

5. Start Working

Open the Daily Briefing (your home page). As you add accounts and log touchpoints, the briefing will populate with actionable items. Use Cmd+K to search and slash commands (/touch, /meet, /advance) for quick actions.
