Data Health Dashboard
Track data completeness across your CRM records. Better data means more accurate health scores, better reporting, and more reliable automation.
What it measures
The Data Health report calculates the percentage of records that have each important field filled in. It covers four categories:
| Category | Fields Tracked |
|---|---|
| Accounts | Industry, Employee Count, SLA Tier, Account Manager, Churn Risk, Compliance Frameworks, Has Contacts, Has Contracts |
| Contacts | Email, Phone, Job Title |
| Contracts | End Date, Has Service Lines, Contracted Seats |
| Deals | Expected Close Date, Probability, Estimated MRR |
The overall score
The overall data churn risk (0–100) is the average of all four category scores. A score of 80+ is considered good. Below 60 means significant gaps that will affect churn risk accuracy, reporting, and automation triggers.
Biggest gaps
The dashboard highlights your 3 worst-performing fields. These are the fields with the lowest fill rate across your records. Focus on these first for the highest impact on data quality.
