Advanced Filtering

Build powerful, HubSpot-style filters on any list page using AND/OR logic across any field.

Overview

The Advanced Filter Builder lets you define precise conditions for exactly the records you want to see. You can combine multiple conditions per group (all must match), and stack multiple groups (any group matching shows the record). This is the same AND-within-group, OR-between-groups model used by HubSpot and Salesforce.

Where it's available

The Filter Builder is available on all five list pages. Click the Filters button in the toolbar to open the slide-over panel. An active filter count badge shows when filters are applied.

PageFilterable Fields
AccountsName, Lifecycle Status, Industry, Health Score, Health Color, Current MRR, SLA Tier, Employee Count, City, State, Tags, Client Since Date, Created Date
Pipeline (Deals)Deal Name, Deal Type, Lead Source, Estimated MRR, One-Time Revenue, Probability, Expected Close Date, Created Date
ContactsFirst Name, Last Name, Email, Job Title, Created Date
LeadsCompany Name, Status, Source, ICP Score, Industry, Created Date
ContractsName, Status, Type, SLA Tier, Total MRR, Contracted Seats, Start Date, Auto Renewal Date, Created Date
Dynamic options: Filter options like SLA Tier automatically reflect any custom names you've configured in Settings → Terminology. If you rename “Gold” to “Premium,” the filter dropdown will show “Premium.”

Filter Groups & Conditions

Each filter group contains one or more conditions. All conditions in a group must match simultaneously (AND logic). Records matching any group are included (OR logic).

For example:

Group 1: Health Score ≤ 40 AND Lifecycle Status is Active

— OR —

Group 2: MRR ≥ $10,000 AND Lifecycle Status is At Risk

→ Returns all active accounts with low health scores, plus high-value at-risk accounts.

Custom field filters

In addition to the built-in filter fields, you can filter by any custom fields you've created. Custom fields with the “Show in filters” flag enabled appear in the Custom Field Filter Bar below the main toolbar on list pages.

Saving filters as views

After building your filters, use the Save view button in the saved views bar to name and save the current filter state. Saved views capture both your advanced filter groups and any custom field filter values in a single named preset you can restore with one click.

Saved views are available on Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Contracts, and Pipeline pages. Each page maintains its own set of saved views.

Clearing filters

Click Clear all inside the filter panel to remove all conditions. Or click the Clear button in the toolbar to reset all active filters including custom field filters and search text.
