Deal Splits
Assign multiple reps to a deal with percentage allocation.
Overview
Deal splits let you track when multiple reps contribute to a deal. Each rep gets a percentage allocation (the total cannot exceed 100%) and an optional role label (Primary, Overlay, Partner, etc.).
Adding Splits
On the deal detail page, the Deal Splits section shows current allocations. Click the + button to add a rep, set their percentage, and optionally assign a role. The system validates that the total allocation doesn't exceed 100%.
How Splits Work
- Each split has a rep, percentage (0-100%), and optional role
- Total across all splits cannot exceed 100%
- The deal owner (from the deal header) is separate from splits — you can have an owner AND splits
- Splits are visible on the deal detail page to anyone with pipeline access
