Annual billing saves 17% — equivalent to 2 months free. Pay for 10 months, get 12. The Growth tier at $1,290/year works out to $107.50/month — less than one hour of an AM's time.

User limits and seat enforcement

The only limit between tiers is the number of MSP staff users in your CRM. Clients, contacts, and records are unlimited.

When you reach your tier's user limit, the system blocks inviting additional team members until you upgrade. Existing users and all functionality continue uninterrupted.

User count is based on active, non-deactivated users. Removing a user from Settings → Users frees that seat immediately.

Free trial

Every new Breadbox organization starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. Full access to all features during the trial, up to 10 users.

When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to enter billing information. Your data is not deleted — you have a 7-day grace period after trial expiry before access is restricted.

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings → Billing & Plan. The billing page shows:

  • Current tier and billing cycle (monthly or annual)
  • Seat usage: active users vs. tier maximum (progress bar)
  • Next billing date and amount
  • Plan comparison grid — see what each tier includes
  • Upgrade button (instant — no downtime)
  • Billing history and invoice download links
  • Option to switch between monthly and annual billing

Upgrading your plan

Click Upgrade on the billing page and select a new tier. The upgrade is immediate — your user limit increases instantly and you're charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing cycle.

Downgrading is available at the end of your current billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, downgrades take effect at renewal.

Referral program

Refer another MSP to Breadbox and earn one free month for every referred MSP who becomes a paying customer. Referral credits are applied automatically to your next invoice.

Get your referral link from Settings → Billing & Plan → Referral Program.

Data migration

Free data migration is included for all new customers migrating from:

  • HubSpot CRM
  • Salesforce
  • Spreadsheets (CSV import)
  • Other MSP-specific tools — contact support to discuss

Enterprise plan

For MSPs with 50+ staff users or requiring:

  • SAML SSO with your identity provider (Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace)
  • Custom SLA and uptime guarantees
  • Dedicated onboarding and customer success manager
  • Custom contract terms
  • On-premise or private cloud deployment
  • Partner program pricing (HTG Peer Groups, ASCII, CompTIA, MSPA)
