Recurring Tasks
Create tasks that automatically repeat on a schedule.
Overview
Recurring tasks let you set up repeating work items that auto-create the next instance when you complete the current one. Useful for monthly account reviews, weekly check-ins, or any repeating activity.
Setting Up
When creating a new task, select a Repeat pattern from the dropdown: Daily, Weekly, Every 2 Weeks, or Monthly. Set a due date for the first instance. When you complete the task, the next instance is automatically created with the due date advanced by the repeat interval.
How It Works
- Complete a recurring task → next instance auto-created
- New instance inherits: title, description, priority, assignee, account/deal links
- Due date advances by the repeat interval (e.g. +7 days for weekly)
- Cancelling a task does NOT create the next instance
