Account Plans

Structured strategic next steps for each account.

Overview

Account plans let you define strategic objectives and milestones for an account. They appear as a collapsible section on the account detail page, giving account managers a structured view of what needs to happen next.

Creating a Plan

On the account detail page, expand the Account Plan section and click "Create account plan." Enter strategic objectives for the account (e.g. "Expand from 50 to 100 seats by Q3").

Milestones

Add milestones to track specific steps. Each milestone has a title, optional due date, and status (Pending, In Progress, Completed). Click the circle to toggle completion. A progress bar shows overall completion.
