Product Tour
A fully interactive sandbox tour of the platform — curated mock data, real interactions, chapter-based architecture you can revisit anytime.
When it runs
The tour starts automatically the first time you land on My Breadbox after signing up. It walks you through 6 core chapters using sandbox routes (/wizard/sandbox/*) populated with hand-crafted demo data — three accounts, deals, contacts, playbooks, and a Daily Brief. Your real workspace is never touched.
It will not auto-show again after you finish, skip, or dismiss it. To replay any chapter, bookmark /learn — your Tour Library.
The 8 chapters
- •1. Welcome — Quick orientation, migration CTA if you're moving from another CRM.
- •2. My Breadbox — AM and Sales views, Daily Brief, account cards. View as teammate (admins).
- •3. Focus Mode — 3-column shell, J/K navigation, tabs, Churn Risk deep-dive (9 signals + trend), Champion card, two-stack.
- •4. Account Page — Inline-editable header, renewal countdown, churn-risk trend chart, playbook step completion.
- •5. Pipeline & Deals — Kanban with deal-type filter, drag deals between stages, deal detail.
- •6. Reports — Reports hub, custom report builder.
- •7. Working a Day (optional) — Scenario chapter — triage Daily Brief → Focus → log touchpoint → playbook step.
- •8. Tuning Churn Risk (admin, optional) — Configure the 9 signal weights with live preview.
Interactive moments
Several steps are interactive — you actually press J/K, drag a deal, click the Churn Risk badge, log a touchpoint, complete a playbook step. The Next button gates until you do the action, but every interactive step has a Skip this step link underneath if you don't want to do it.
All write actions during the tour (touchpoints, notes, playbook steps, deal-stage drags) update the sandbox in real time and vanish when you exit. No DB writes, no cleanup risk.
Replay & refresher
/learn is the Tour Library — replay any chapter individually, see what's complete, share with new hires.

Keyboard shortcuts
While the tour is open:
- Enter or → — next step (disabled while waiting for an interactive action)
- ← — previous step
- Esc — exit the tour entirely
- J / K — navigate Focus Mode rail (interactive moment in chapter 3)
Admins
Admins see two extra elements in the tour: the View as teammate sub-step in My Breadbox chapter, and the optional Tuning Churn Risk chapter (chapter 8) — a 3-minute walkthrough of the 9-signal weight configuration with a live-preview score that updates as you drag sliders.
The tour is per-user. Tour state is independent across teammates; each new hire sees it on their first sign-in.
