Breadbox Documentation

The CRM purpose-built for managed service providers. Native MRR tracking, churn risk powered by your real signals, keyboard-driven account work, and playbooks for the cadences MSPs run every quarter.

What is Breadbox?

Breadbox is a customer relationship management platform designed exclusively for managed service providers. Unlike generic CRMs that need months of customization to approximate MSP workflows, Breadbox ships with the concepts an MSP needs built in from day one.

We treat your PSA as the source of truth for tickets, contracts, and SLAs. Breadbox handles what your PSA can't: relationship intelligence, churn-risk forecasting, sales pipeline, prospecting, playbooks, and the daily ritual of working a book of business.

Who it's for

MSP Owner / CEO

MRR movement, churn risk distribution, pipeline forecast, prospecting throughput.

Account Manager

Daily Brief, account-level churn signals, renewal calendar, playbooks, touchpoint cadence.

Sales Rep

Pipeline kanban with deal-type filtering, ICP-scored prospects, deal contacts, line items.

Operations / Admin

Custom roles, scope-based permissions, churn-risk weight tuning, API & webhooks.

Why Breadbox instead of HubSpot or Salesforce?

Generic CRMs were designed for software companies with SDR/AE sales motions. MSPs operate very differently — the real money is in account management, renewal retention, and expansion MRR, not new logo volume. Breadbox is built for that motion.

What we don't try to be

Breadbox isn't a PSA. We're a CRM that talks to your PSA. So you won't find these in Breadbox — they live in your PSA, where they belong:

  • Ticket management and SLA enforcement
  • Contract / agreement detail (line items, amendments, project revenue)
  • Time tracking and labor cost attribution
  • QBR scheduling and report generation
  • Onboarding project management
  • Seat / device reconciliation against agreements
  • Compliance frameworks tracking (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
  • Vendor / MDF / rebate management

We do, however, sync the signals from those features into Breadbox — so churn-risk scoring considers ticket volume and CSAT trend, your account's MRR is always current, and renewal dates surface in your Daily Brief. PSAs supported today: HaloPSA.
