Leads (Now Part of Accounts)

Leads have been merged into the Accounts system. Prospects are now accounts in the PROSPECT lifecycle stage with customizable sales stages.

What changed: The separate prospects view has been unified into Accounts. Navigating to /leads redirects to the Accounts page filtered to PROSPECT status. All lead data (ICP scores, sources, disqualification reasons) lives on the Account record.

How Prospects Work Now

  • Create a new account — it starts in PROSPECT lifecycle status
  • Assign to a Sales Stage (Initial Contact → Discovery → Assessment → Proposal → Close)
  • ICP scoring runs on the account based on employee count, industry, IT situation, compliance needs
  • Use Playbooks to guide the sales process (auto-enrolled on stage entry)
  • When a deal closes won, the account transitions to WON → ONBOARDING → ACTIVE
  • No more "converting" leads — the account IS the lead from day one

Finding Prospects

Use the lifecycle tabs on the Accounts page. Click "Prospects" to see all accounts in PROSPECT, ASSESSMENT, or PROPOSAL status. The list shows ICP score, sales stage, and days-in-stage columns.

Sales Stages

Sales stages track where each prospect is in your sales process. 9 default stages are provided. Customize in Settings → Sales Stages. See the Sales Stages documentation.
